1. General provisions
1.1. The website newsex.eu, located in the .eu top-level domain, is hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”.
1.2. The Portal Administration — authorized persons responsible for the management and technical support of the Portal, hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”.
1.3. Posting, viewing, reading and responding to advertisements and profiles published on the Portal are hereinafter referred to as the “Services”.
1.4. Any natural or legal person using the Portal in any form is hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
2. Terms of use of the Services
2.1. The User confirms that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years old. If this requirement is not met, the User must immediately leave the Portal by closing the browser window or clicking the “Exit” button.
2.2. The User uses the Portal and its Services at their own risk.
2.3. The Administration provides no guarantees to the User, including but not limited to guarantees of quality, safety, legality, accuracy or meeting the User’s expectations.
2.4. The Administration does not guarantee absolute anonymity of User data placed or transmitted while using the Portal.
2.5. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information published by Users in advertisements and profiles.
2.6. The User who publishes an advertisement or profile bears full personal responsibility for the content, legality and correctness of the submitted information.
2.7. Advertisements and profiles may contain information exclusively within the scope of dating and related services for adults.
2.8. It is prohibited to post information that violates the applicable legislation of the European Union and the country of the User’s actual location.
2.9. Publication of advertisements on the Portal may be subject to a fee.
2.10. Payment for Services may be made through third-party payment services and/or mobile operators.
2.11. The Administration is not responsible for tariffs, fees or conditions set by third-party payment providers.
2.12. The cost of Services may be calculated for each individual action related to the publication or promotion of advertisements.
2.13. Payment for a Service does not guarantee mandatory publication of an advertisement if these Rules are violated.
2.14. Paid Services are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
3. Rights of the Administration
3.1. The Administration has the right to refuse the provision of Services to a User without explanation.
3.2. The Administration has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services at any time without prior notice to the User.
3.3. The Administration has the right to moderate, store, modify and delete advertisements and profiles.
3.4. The Administration has the right to carry out technical and statistical monitoring of the Portal’s use.
3.5. The Administration has the right to remove or modify any materials published by the User without explanation.
4. Disclaimer of liability
4.1. The Administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements published by Users.
4.2. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits or reputational damage resulting from the use of the Portal.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for the legality of Users’ actions both on and outside the Portal.
4.4. The Administration is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Portal.
4.5. The Administration is not responsible for technical failures, communication errors, publication delays or other technical issues.
4.6. The Administration is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties, including payment systems and service providers.
4.7. The Administration is not responsible for advertisements that violate applicable law and are published by Users.
4.8. The Administration is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect interpretation of the provisions of these Rules.

If the User does not agree with the terms, they must leave the Portal.
The Portal Administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the accuracy of information provided by Users.
Use of the Portal is permitted exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18.
